The 5th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (CIIS 2022) is sponsored by Quzhou University, Macau University of Science and Technology, co-sponsored by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Guangxi University, Institute of Big Data and Information Technology, Wenzhou University, organized by School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Quzhou University. It was held in Quzhou, Zhejiang, China during Nov. 04-06, 2022.

The general chair, Dean of College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Prof. Zhuoran Wang from Quzhou University, China gave us opening remarks, Vice President Prof. Zhaozhong Zhou delivered the welcome address, and Prof. Jianqing Li from Macau University of Science and Technology, China made a program address. Then four keynote speakers and one invite speaker delivered the speeches. They were Prof. Nirwan Ansari, New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, Prof. Honghai Liu, HIT Shenzhen, China, Prof. Yu-Wang Chen, the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, Prof. Meng Joo Er, Dalian Maritime University, China and Asst. Prof. Cong Wang, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. Assoc. Prof. Xiaolong Zhou, Quzhou University and Prof. Tok Wang Ling, National University of Singapore chaired the morning sessions.
